Therefore, to build a rationalmanagement system and effective community service system is anecessary trend.Our country’s Urban Community Service system is still in itsinfancy, and far away from the modern management. Currently, ourprimary task focus on the problems of the urban community servicePropose ways and countermeasures will be put forward to improvethe urban community service system. This article elaborated on thebasis of the need for construction of the urban community servicesystem, combined with research in the field of Changzhi City heroStreet community, systematic analysis of the current problems inthe process of our urban community service system.Theseproblems are mainly reflected in the low level of specialization, lowparticipation of residents, less capital investment, insufficientsupply of services aspects.Finally, focus on the reason of theseproblems, proposed a few recommendations to strengthen theurban community service system, mainly to raise the level ofcommunity service, and improve network service system; expandthe sources of funds, improve basic services; improve the systemof subject participation norms working mechanism; enhance residents to participate in the ability to focus on the building ofcommunity service team; strengthen community protectionmechanisms to achieve the development of community servicesIndustrialization.
