A Study On The Legal Problems Of Community Service System For Urban Community In China

Filial piety. A sense of security has always been one of the most important issues of world. China have entered an aging society since1999,the old people in China present a base,rapid increase,besides wait for a characteristic,plus city family miniaturization and empty nest,the traditional family endowment and social endowment can not adapt to our country’s current situation, community with many advantages become a better choice to relieve the stress of the aging society.This paper used the literature analysis method to describe the conception of the community services for the aging,and the history of the aging law and policies, used the comparative analysis method to describe other countries’good experience and used case analysis method to analysis the problem of community services for the aging and put forward proposals on the legal protections of community services for the aging. The paper comprises five parts:Part Ⅰ,the paper expounded the basic concepts and theory, expounded the paper’s significance and value.Part Ⅱ,the author defined the conception of the community services for the aging, and described the theoretical foundations.Part Ⅲ, the author analyzed community services for the aging and further Promoted the limitations to the development of the community service.Part Ⅳ, On the basis of the foreign countries’experiences, the author gave some good advices, legal protection for the community services for the ageing in China.Part Ⅴ, the author put forward proposals on the legal protections of community services for the aging.
