| With developing of economy and social transforming in china, all kinds of NGO spring up and mountain the new peak on the numbers and scales of NGO. However, many people including officer of government, scholars, legalist experts, NGO members focus on transforming the regulations over NGO. Even though they discuss different opines on how to draw up and advise the law about NGO, they agree NGO can play a positive role on build up homonyms society.The topic discussed in the article is about Non-governmental intermediary organization. It refers origination that come from the basic level of the whole society, run and regulated by itself, but not regiested or approved by government according to the relating law and rule. Characters of Non-governmental intermediary organization include basically, volunteer and self-rule. Non-governmental intermediary organization exists widely in our society, because it resolve the problems of people in time and properly, it is accepted by many people.According to the field investigation, the research will illuminate that an appropriate and benign relationship between the Non-governmental intermediary organization and the government facilitates not only the Non-governmental intermediary organization’s own development, but also government’s functional transformation. This will be the direction of the Chinese Non-governmental intermediary organization, and an endeavor for this favorable interaction will be proved to be valuable one in the progress of the Non-governmental intermediary organization as well. Yet the realization of this interaction to a large degree depends on the fact that both the Non-governmental intermediary organization and the government should effectively perform their own roles and make their own strategic choices. Therefore, considering the inadequate study of the Chinese NGO, this research with its field investigation and theoretical approach will offer a reference to the social transition and the government reform. |
