Since the reform and opening up of China, with the social transformation, rebirth of labor-capital relations, the rapid development of non-state economy, the importance of the national economy has become more heavy. But there is a labor relation problems have become increasingly prominent, triggering a variety of social problems. We know, harmonious labor-capital relations is not only the normal production and operation of security, also affect the stability and development of society, the harmonious labor relationship is the social harmonious wind vane, barometer. Therefore, has the extremely important practical significance to coordinate the labor-capital relations of non-state enterprises.In view of the contradiction between labor-capital relations in non-state enterprises is very prominent, present situation of labor disputes and labor disputes rising, the union game balance is the urgent requirement of constructing the harmonious labor-capital relations, based on the domestic and foreign literature review, from the perspective of game theory, to analyze the main characteristics of basic mode, transformation the behavior of the union game balance as well as the actual operation problems, in an attempt to answer the question of what is the game? Why should the union cooperative game? How to realize the cooperative game? Etc.. At present, the non-state enterprises game is not only necessary, and may, this needs us to carry on the institutional changes on the current trade union system. The first part of the text explains labor-capital relations and trade union game of interest balance theory connotation, make clear what is the relationship? What is the connotation of harmonious labor-capital relations? The union game balance concept, theoretical basis of. Literature data and investigation, combined with the second part of the inspection, the collective consultation on wages in Wenling as an example, from the main game (the enterprise is the main boss, labor organization, namely intermediary union coordinator government), the rules of the game (the existing laws and regulations), the game behavior (conflict, confrontation or go-slow, voting with their feet, etc.) the game target (main enterprise profit maximization, the labor wage income maximization, government must realize industrial interest equilibrium) Zhejiang non-state enterprise union game status are expounded. Some results have been achieved in Zhejiang Province, the trade union building, at the same time, there are also many problems, including the establishment of trade union rate is low, workers for union recognition is not high, the trade union of the enterprise the lack of independence, the lack of trade union staff, full-time trade union staff quality to be improved and problems, to analyze these problems and a brief description of the consequences; then focus on the analysis of the reasons affecting the non-state enterprises of Zhejiang union effective game:as the union leaders for business executives, did not truly democratic elections;"obvious defects in the" trade union law; labor union functions missing, labor interests demand channels blocked. The last part focuses on how to improve the ability of trade unions to promote the game:institutional transformation, enhance the autonomy and independence of trade union organizations; clear labor rights of association, to reverse the "strong capital and weak laborer" perfect situation; both sides benefit coordination mechanism, strengthen the organization and function of trade union.
