With the deepening of market economic system reform and the diversification of economic components,many new social structures,industrial models and occupational models have emerged,and many new situations and changes have emerged in the labor relations between enterprises and employees.As the most basic factor of the current social economy,labor relations are valued and widely concerned by more enterprises and employees.Harmonious and orderly labor relations play a positive role in promoting the stability of enterprises and the promotion of their comprehensive competitiveness.As a mass organization closely related to labor relations,labor unions plays an increasingly prominent role in enterprise labor relations management.In the new period when the central government vigorously promotes the reform of state-owned enterprises and advocates the establishment of a modern enterprise system,it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to study the participation of labor unions in the management of labor relations in state-owned enterprises.Based on the above background,this article collects and collates domestic and foreign documents to obtain theoretical knowledge and research theoretical basis.Taking the W Finance Company as the research object,we investigate and study the status quo of labor relations management in which the labor union of W financial company participates in the enterprise.Through questionnaires and interviews with employees,the data collected in the survey is analyzed by SPSS.The results show that the labor union in the process of performing its functions,there are problems such as insufficient participation,not in-depth communication with the masses of employees,rigid working style and mode,and inadequate role.In view of the existing problems,according to the company's development strategy and following the relevant laws and regulations,the author puts forward that the labor union organization should improve the internal construction,participate in the whole process of labor relations management extensively,establish the mechanism of labor dispute early warning,mediation,supervision and examination,and strengthen the construction of their own team.Through full participation in labor relations management,labor union will improve the position in company,establish a new type of labor relationship in which enterprises and employees cooperate for win-win results,maximize the development and use of human resources,and achieve higher economic benefits for enterprises and improve their core competitiveness.
