Therefore, to strengthen the construction of policerelations with the long-term development of public security.In this context, the grass-roots police station should conform to the demand of social economic development, promote the reform, change function, the effective integration of police resources, straighten out the relationship between organizational system, improve the overall quality of the policestation, and give full play to the role of comprehensive fight entity, ensure that the area of security, maintaining social harmony and stability.In this paper, through the change of the function of police substation, analyzes the theoretical basis of the current police station police reform and practical significance. Combining the working practice, advantage, key to a police station in Jiangxi province Anfu county as a case, summarizes and points out the main causes the work of police station and the existence of the social development gap and hinder its development, and on the basis of learning,learn from foreign advanced concept on police reform, combining the current situation of China’s local police station, from the aspects of the function of the police station, policing mechanism, administrative and social adjustment ofregularized construction does some analysis, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of police station police reform under the new situation.
