The Research On Police Station Reform In Q County

The police stations at the grass-roots public security organs are front-line pioneers in the Chinese police forces,and it is also the key to forming a social security system.As an important part of public security reform,police station reform involves the transformation of functions,police deployment,structural adjustment and many other aspects.With the acceleration of China's overall deepening of reform,police reform in the police station is facing many new situations and new problems,which require new ideas and new strategies to deal with.Q County Public Security Bureau,located in the southwest of China,also encountered problems and difficulties in promoting the police station reform.In this context,Q county need to objectively examine the status quo of its police station reform,especially the current rural police station police reform predicament and its reason,and accordingly to explore ways to deepen reform and improve the modernization of grassroots policing.In this paper,the analysis and research on the police reform in Q county police station not only have strong practical significance for Q county itself,but also provide reference for police reform in police stations in similar areas.The structure of this article is as follows:The introduction part mainly expounds the research background,significance and research object,summarizes the connotation,existing problems and reform path of the police station reform,and clarifies the research ideas and methods of this article.The first chapter outlines the meaning of the police station reform,the history of its development,and regional differences of the reform.The second chapter summarizes the implementation of the police reform in Q county police station,analyzes the prominent problems existing in the reform.The third chapter puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to deepen police station reform in Q county.
