Vigorously strengthen the teachers’ ethics construction is an eternal subject of education,especially in the present market economy developing, it relates to the success of education.Teacher’s ethics construction needs the guidance of the correct theory, and Tao Xingzhi’stheory of ethics obviously plays an important role in this aspect. Further exploring the innerthoughts of Tao’s theory of virtue theory logic, digging and interpreting the main point ofTao’s theory, revealing the inspiration and value for the present teachers’ ethics construction,which not only can promote the researching of the ideological and political education theoryto some certain extent, but also contribute to its researching. This is the main purpose of thedissertation.The thesis consists of five chapters, can be divided into four parts. The first part (chapter1), the theoretical basis part (chapter2), a main part (chapter3,4,5), and the conclusion part.The main contents are as follows:First of all, the first part of this paper generalizes the present state of Tao’s theory, clearout the current problems existing in the research, this paper Stand in the height of the teacher’sethics construction expounds the necessity of researching Tao’s theory.Secondly, studied the theoretical basis of Tao’s theory. Mainly analyzed Tao’s personaleducation background and social background at that time, clarifying Tao’s ethics theory sourceof ideas,and Deeply probes into the thoughts of Tao’s virtue theory logic from the angle of theera and national conditions.Once more, analyzing the main content of Tao’s theory from five aspects: Illustrated thededication spirit of “to come here with passion and leave without taking anything”; the lovespirit of analyzed “people-first Love is full of the world”; Deeply discussed thepursuit-of-truth spirit of “the reason for education is to pursue the truth, the reason forlearning is to be a learned man”. Summarized innovation spirit of “dare to the frontiers of thewild, dare to explore undiscovered” and Studious spirit of “Never be contented with yourstudy; never be impatient with your teaching”.Finally, revealed the contemporary value of Tao’s ethics theory on the basis of reviewingTao’s theory deeply and systematically. One is Tao’s theory is the Education ethics theory withChinese characteristics. the other is deepen the ethics construction of our country byreferencing Tao’s theory.
