Research On The Construction Of Satisfactory Communities During Urbanization

To build a harmonious socialist society, the Communist Party of China takes Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of "Three Represents" as guidance, thoroughly implement the scientific development concept, put forward the significant strategic mission which embarks from the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and roundly building a well-off society, reflects the inherent requirement of building a prosperous, democratic and civilized and harmonious modern socialist country, and embodies the common aspiration of the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups in the country. To create "satisfaction of community" is the cornerstone of building a harmonious society, and the important carrier of building a socialist harmonious society. Along with our urbanization process continuously accelerating, and the status and role of the community becoming increasingly prominent, that whether can we roundly create the real "satisfaction community" during new urbanization process or not, means a lot in terms of constructing a harmonious socialist society.This paper bases on the community, community construction as the starting point to research, briefly defines the concept of community, generally introduces the concept and function of community, the connotation and target of community construction, and the effects of social transformation on city community construction, and analyzes goals and significance, principle and the evaluation criteria of creating "satisfaction of community". In accordance with the construction principle and evaluation criteria of satisfaction community, taken the Hangzhou economic and Technological Development Zone as an example, this paper summaries the present situation of the construction of community in Hangzhou economic and technological development area, introduced some experiences gained from the construction of the community, and generally points out a series questions existed in construction work to accelerate "satisfaction community" in the Hangzhou economic and Technological Development Zone, such as social collective economy development facing transition difficulty, community service function being not enough to be perfect, greater city management difficulty, the grim work situation of social comprehensive management, unsatisfied resident culture needs, the construction of social worker teams needing to be strengthened and so on., on the basis of fully affirmation of achievements. Aiming at these problems mentioned above, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems, referring to the excellent methods to create satisfaction community used by our brother community and their experiences, proposes specific strategies and measurements to further improve community organization system, to perfect community public service functions, to upgrade comprehensive governance ability of society, to innovate the amusement activity of social culture, to strength team construction of community workers, and to break a new ground for community assets quantified work, from a practical standpoint of Hangzhou economic and Technological Development Zone. Through analysis and research, this paper tries to further enrich the overall framework of creating satisfaction community, and provides some available and feasible advices.
