Construction Of Smart Community:An Empirical Study Of Binjiang District In Hangzhou

With the rapid development of modern information technology,Internet of Things,Cloud Computing,Big Data and Blockchain,etc.are increasingly entering daily life.In the context of smart cities,smart communities have emerged.A smart community is different from a traditional community.It is an intelligent community built with the continuous upgrading of information technology,which is a new thing for the majority of residents.Therefore,the construction of a smart community is also a continuous and gradual process,which cannot be perfected overnight.The construction of Binjiang smart community has experienced five years of exploration and achieved remarkable results.Increased social governance efficiency.Residents are generally satisfied.However,in the process of building smart communities,some problems arise,such as the problem of platform operation,construction fund,community parking,talent management and resident participation,etc.From the concept of "smart community",there is no final conclusion between the academic community and the government.The construction of smart communities is obviously a process of continuous exploration.Although some development models have been formed in the construction of smart communities at home and abroad,in terms of Hangzhou,there is no mature model.In 2015,Binjiang District became the only national-level smart community construction pilot zone in Zhejiang Province.Six communities under the jurisdiction of Xixing Streets became pilot smart communities first,including Xinzhou Community,Jindong fang Community,Wenxin Community,Xiling Community,Shuidian Community and Xingmin Community.This study selected the pilot communities of Xixing Street in Binjiang District as the research object.The writer of this thesis distributed questionnaires to community residents and social workers,and conducted empirical research.Through the processing of the questionnaire data,the 24 measurable variables were reduced to sixdimensions by factor analysis.Firstly,the overall degree of satisfaction was analyzed,and then the six dimensions affecting the construction of smart communities were analyzed separately.The study finds that the construction of Binjiang smart communities is generally good,and residents have high level of satisfaction and participation.However,there are still problems such as single participation,heavy social work administrative tasks,and low utilization rate of smart platforms.In view of the problems arising from the construction of smart communities in Binjiang district,this study proposes five aspects: first,pay attention to the top-level design,give full play to the function of the smart platform;second,take the role of market power as the direction of community demand;third,load the intelligent parking management system to solve the problem of community parking.Fourth,strengthen the professionalism of social workers and stabilize social work team in smart communities.Fifth,encourage residents to participate in the whole scene and enhance the status of the community residents.The construction of Binjiang Smart Community has facilitated the daily life of community residents,improved the efficiency of grassroots community governance,and increased the level of community intelligence.If we can overcome the current problems,smart community will become the development direction of the future community.
