The Research Of Farmhouse Leisure Pension Mode

The aging of the population is speeding up in China. And it has a greater impact on the socio-economic. Family structure and the way of people’s pension are changing, which will generate new pension requirements. The farmhouse leisure pension way is appeared along with the new pension requirements. The farmhouse leisure pension is that way which combines the pension with tourism and it let the majority of villages of which have appropriate pension resources developed as a pension tourist destinations. Not only is it able to find a suitable way for rural economic development, but also conducive to the multiple integration of natural resources, economic resources and pension resources. IT is a way of developing diversified pension and a way to solve the aging population problems. Therefore, there is deeply realistic soil to study of the farmhouse leisure pension mode.In this paper, I adopt looking for the literature to compare the farmhouse leisure pension mode with the traditional pension modes and other new pension modes. The purpose is to attempt to summarize the advantages and significances of the development of farmhouse leisure pension mode. Then find the relevant data to add up current situation of farmhouse leisure pension mode. And then reach the conclusion that the necessity for development of this new pension mode. Take the farmhouse leisure pension of Qili township in Quzhou city in Zhejiang Province as an investigation and study example. And then summary it’s successful experiences and problems. In addition, I also propose farmhouse leisure pension future development proposals, including the following four points:First, clear the position of pension products, shape characteristics and forming lasting appeal. Second, strengthen the guidance to explore effective management pattern. Third, expand external propaganda to occupy the market share. Forth, pay attention to education and training to improve the staff overall quality. In this paper, on the basis of the related areas there are still many questions worth further discussion, such as the government involvement in research of leisure farm pension development, the peasant leisure endowment security system developed by research and so on.
