Research On Elderly Care Services In Guyang Town, Dantu District

With the continuous development and progress of our society,more and more people have turned their attention to economic development rather than to people's livelihood issues,which has also led to an increase of social discussions on the issue of people's livelihood.Among the many livelihood issues in China,the pension issue has been widely discussed.On the one hand,because the aging trend of our society is more serious;on the other hand,it is because of the large number of elderly people in China.In the past few years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the pension issue,and has successively promulgated a number of pension service policies to promote the formation of a diversified pension model in China.The problem of old-age care is solved smoothly in urban areas of China because of the adequate medical conditions in the city and the strong sense of old-age care of urban elderly.However,in the towns and villages of our country,pension has become a problem.On the one hand,China's township governments focus their efforts on how to develop the economy and how to get rid of poverty and become rich,while ignoring the importance of township pension.On the other hand,China's rural pension infrastructure is poor and it is difficult to improve in a short time.In summary,the problem of old-age care in towns and villages in China is particularly serious.Therefore,it is important in China to study how to ensure the elderly people in towns and villages get old-age services and security.This article is a study based on this foundation.This paper chooses Guyang town in Dantu district as the research object to study the pension problem of township government.First of all,strating from the current situation of the township pension,this article analyzes the actual situation.Secondly,a detailed analysis of the problem of old-age care in Guyang Town of Dantu district is as follows:the township government is unwilling to allocate political and economic resources to solve the problem of old-age,the medical conditions in towns are difficult to meet the old-age needs of the elderly,and the township government has fewer beds,and the township pension investment poor environment is difficult to attract capital and home care is in the form.According to the existing township pension issues and related theories,the internal reasons for the problem of old-age care are as follows:economic weight on people's livelihood in the town,Lagging pension insurance awareness,poor pension project investment environment,and unbalanced urban and rural economic development.Finally,combining the actual situation of the towns and villages in Dantu district and the theory chosen in this paper,the countermeasures for the problem of old-age care in Guyang Town of Dantu district are proposed.The specific countermeasures are as follows:First,we can try to change the concept of economic weight on people's livelihood of the township government;Second,we can reform and improve the basic ways and measures of China's rural social endowment insurance system;Third,we can optimize the investment environment of social capital in township pension projects;Fourth,we can increase the efforts of community care for the elderly at home.
