The CCP’s central commission decided to found the central commission fordiscipline and the commissions for discipline inspection at all levels after thefounding of the People’s Republic of China, and ZhuDe was appointed as the secretary.As the first secretary of the Party’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspecfion,ZheDe set up an office, list the detailed principle, strengthened the construction ofdisciplinary inspection cadres and pushed forward the party’s anti-corruptionconstruction. Namely he made a great contribution to the discipine inspection workboth in the theory and practice during the five years and seven months. This paper isguided by the marxism. It reveals the process on the enstablishment of theParty’s disciplinary system and introduces the historical background in the new PRCabout the phenomena of corruption, what’s more, it is systematically introduces thebackground of the ideological discipline of ZhuDe.Secondly, the content of the ideological discipline of ZhuDe. It summarizes thediscipline of the Party’s disciplinary system which was put forward by ZheDecombined with the reality of the new China. And it explains how important ZhuDerealised the discipline inspection work is. At the same time, it summarizes the basicprinciple and guidelines which were suggested by ZhuDe as well as some movements to strenghen the Party’s discipline inspection work.Lastly, the enlightment for contemporary era on the construction of a cleangovern Party’s disciplinary system of ZhuDe.
