Study On Anti-corruption’s Practical Problems Of J City Disciplinary Inspection Supervisory Commission Under The Reform Of Supervision System

During the reform of Supervision System,Party and government integrates the decentralized anti-corruption forces,such as the administrative supervision 、investigation of job-related crimes by procuratorate.And explores to establish the independent 、 only and efficient anti-corruption organization.From the theoretical basis,the anti-corruption practice under the reform of supervision system,aims at realizing the unified exercise of anti-corruption power,improving the practical ability of anti-corruption agencies to investigate and deal with corruption,eliminating rent-seeking space in the exercise of public power,promoting the rule of law in the operation of public power,and establishing a more honest and legalized government through the rule of law in the operation of public power and the reform of power Institutions.By analyzing the background,purpose and significance of current anti-corruption practice,this paper expounds the relevant concepts before and during the reform of the supervision system,and studies the development of anti-corruption work in Korea,Japan and Singapore,and features the establishment,reform and improvement of anti-corruption institutions,so as to explore the experience and lessons that can be used for reference in anti-corruption work in China.Disciplinary Inspection Supervisory Commission of J city has a certain representation in the reform of supervision system.Combining with the current situation of the anti-corruption work of J City,this paper studies the problems in the reform,analyses the reasons and puts forward suggestions through questionnaire survey,interview and literature analysis,so as to provide feasible practical samples for the development of supervision with Chinese characteristics.
