Combining with the cooperative governance theory, from each subject participating in virtual retirement:government, enterprises, nonprofit organization and analysis of the relationship between the characteristics of the elderly and their mutual, find all kinds of problems appeared during the development of this new way of old-age pension in, including the operation mechanism, cooperation motivation between each subject virtual nursing home corporate governance is not perfect, the cooperation division of responsibilities is not clear. Combined with the cooperative governance theory to find solutions to this problem:the reasonable coordination of conflicting interests among different subjects, to establish clear benefits table machine mechanism, compensation mechanism and benefit conflict resolving mechanism; improve the incentive mechanism, virtual nursing cooperation governance supervision mechanism and trust mechanism; divided government, enterprises, nonprofit organizations and rights and obligations the elderly reasonable.
