Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Virtual Nursing Home In China

With the development of economy and society and the natural change of population structure,developed countries have entered the aging society in the first half of 20th Century.By the impact of "family planning" and the extension of life expectancy,China as a developing country,has entered an aging society since 1999.Different from the developed countries,the aging problem in China has its particularity and complexity,such as "non-rich aging first",the large number of elderly population,the rapid growth of the proportion of aging.The issue of aging has also led to greater pension contradiction,generally speaking,it is the contradiction between the increasing demand for the aged and the backward pension mode.With the increasingly difficult to adapt to the existing pension needs of the traditional family pension,both academic and practice arouse the exploration of new pension model.Virtual pension model is one of the achievements of family pension innovation.The virtual endowment model uses information technology to connect a variety of service providers and service objects to ensure the rapid and effective communication of information and feedback;family as the main place for the elderly,mobilize the government,enterprises,non-profit organizations,community and other social subjects,to play their respective advantages,to provide a comprehensive,rich variety of pension services.Virtual pension model is not only in line with the washes of the elderly,saving pension costs,but also to share the family pension pressure,comply with the requirements of the times.However,as a new thing,the virtual endowment model will inevitably encounter various problems in the construction and operation.Therefore,it have great significance to summarize the problems and countermeasures from specific case for the development and promotion of the virtual pension mode and the settlement of the pension problem,which is the main purpose of writing this article.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background and significance of the topic,and summarizes the current research situation of the domestic and international virtual pension model.The second part starts from the virtual pension model,introduces the current situation of the development of the virtual pension model,through the analysis of the background of the virtual pension model,the introduction of the development status of the virtual pension model,compares the similarities and differences between the virtual pension mode and other pension modes,this part clarifies the connotation and extension of the virtual pension model.The third part of Suzhou and Lanzhou virtual nursing home as a specific case,summed up the operation of the two virtual nursing home framework and existing results.The fourth part combined with the specific case of virtual nursing home,summarizes the problems in the construction and improvement of virtual nursing home,analyzes the essences and the reasons of the problems.In the fifth part,according to the essence of virtual nursing home construction and operation,this paper sums up the effective measures to improve the virtual nursing home.Finally,summarize the whole article.
