Analysis Of The Problems Existing In China's Pension Service And The Countermeasures

The phenomenon of population aging in China with the development of society and economy is becoming more and more obvious,the aging of the development is also at a high level,coupled with the huge population base,the pension services become a major obstacle in the process of sustainable development in China.Therefore,it is an important guarantee to build a harmonious society and a socialist society with Chinese characteristics,in conjunction with China's national conditions and the policy of providing for the aged to solve the problem of providing for the aged in China.According to the present situation of our country at the present stage of the pension services,to study some problems first emerged from China's pension services in the process,including the service pension funding gap problem,research on the shortage of pension service personnel etc.Then,it analyzes the causes of the problems found,mainly from the pension policy,the concept of pension services,and pension services,personnel training and other aspects of analysis.Then,take Japan as an example,analyze the experience of social pension service,and draw a conclusion according to the situation of our country,which serves as a good reference for the process of China's pension service.Finally,the policy recommendations for the construction of China's pension services.With the pension service present situation and existing problems,put forward the following suggestions: first,to establish a social pension service development plan based on fiscal policy,formulate development goals,again fully integrated government and social enterprises such as the power of the parties,effectively solve the problem of shortage of funds such as pension services,to create a good policy development the environment for social endowment service,establish and perfect the mechanism of policy for the care service personnel training,improve the comprehensive pension service level and service quality,promote the development of China's pension services.
