In the history of five thousand years of Chinese nation, official-oriented ideology as akind of culture has deeply rooted in the minds of billions of people. The eighteenth NationalCongress of the CPC put forward the great goal of building a well-off society. The reform ofpolitical system will exactly be the only way that can achieve this great goal. However, justbecause of the long existence of official-oriented ideology, the progress of political systemreform appears to be quite difficult. In the report of the eighteenth National Congress of theCPC, the party central committee calls on nationwide people to gather the strength andovercome the difficulties. This essay will discuss in details about what effects official-orientedideology will bring to the reform of Chinese political system.The whole passage is dividedinto six parts:The first part mainly defines the concepts of the official-oriented ideology and politicalsystem reform. This part mainly explores the origin of “official-oriented ideology” saying andgives the official-oriented ideology a comparatively accurate definition through thedictionaries, ancient books and important documents. Moreover, this part will trace the originand source of the related concept and saying of political system reform while define them. Itwill also briefly illustrate some characters and main hazards of official-oriented ideology, anddemonstrate why abovementioned things linked with the tasks of political system reform tohighlight the necessity and urgency of conducting the reform of political system.The second part introduces in details about the origin and historical changes of officialoriented ideology. This part takes the time as the vein, discussing respectively from ancienttime, modern time to current time that how official-oriented ideology come up and wasutilized and strengthened by the ancient ruling class, and branded in the hearts of Chinesepeople. This part also explains and analyzes why official-oriented ideology has incumbentresponsibilities that China became a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society. At last, this part discusses in details about reflection and evolution of official-oriented ideology in the modernand current times.The third part objectively discusses the official-oriented ideology from two aspects. Oneaspect proves anything always has some certain rationality to exist from the perspective ofphilosophy. Official-oriented ideology indeed had positive effects on the grand unification ofancient China. Another aspect demonstrates that official-oriented ideology has alreadydiffered from the era development and trend of history with the development of society andprogress of history. It has already become a culture of dross and seriously delayed democraticprocess of Chinese social modernization, which must be completely abolished.The fourth part mainly discusses ruling class and ordinary people of China tried toabolish and change official-oriented ideology through revolution and reform from ancient tomodern times. It also reaches a conclusion of experiences and lessons that the trend fromofficial-oriented to people-oriented process is the result of unstoppable forward history. Thispart first lists internal political reform of ruling class in Chinese ancient society and new ideasgenerated from the peasant uprisings. Furthermore, this part introduces modern democratictrend of thoughts and political reform within the dominant hierarchy. Finally, it emphasizesdemocratic political progress after the formation of Chinese Communist Party and politicalsystem reform promoted by generations of Chinese leaders and official-oriented ideologychanged by them.The fifth part is the most important part in this essay. The first four parts mainly reviewthe history while this part analyzes the current and look forward to the future. This part firstintroduces the difficulties to abolish official-oriented ideology at this stage and how topromote the strategies and ideas of political reform. Moreover, this part analyzes the inheritedcarrier that official-oriented ideology has in China and what is the resisting force of politicalsystem reform and how to change this current situation. It also lists some advantages offoreign political system, experiences to fight and punish corruption and acts to prevent andabolish official-oriented ideology, which can be analyzed and know what should our countrylearn from foreign countries. Finally, this part reaches a conclusion that developing socialist democracy and improving socialist legal system are the perfect prescription to effectivelyabolish official-oriented ideology and steadily promote the reform of political system.The sixth part as the conclusion emphasizes that although the official-oriented ideologyis difficult to abolish, it will definitely be abolished and political system reform will achievethe success if only nationwide people led by the Party work together. The great revival ofChinese nation is unstoppable and Chinese dream will be achieved eventually.
