The Research Of Social Organizations To Participate In Community Management

With the reform of economic and political system and the progress of urbanization, China’s social economy has experienced rapid development. Remarkable achievements have been made, but some livelihood problems emerged one after another. Social construction hits a bottleneck. In the present stage, community has become an important social management unit. The production and living need of citizens has concentrated on to the community. How to meet people’s need of community service, enhance the level of community management, and accelerate community building has become the focal point of social management.The social organization is an important force of a harmonious community, a participant of community management, and a inevitable result of the innovation of community management model. In the process of participating in community management, social organization, committing to the management of community public service, has great significance in mitigating government crisis management pressure, promoting democracy at the grassroots level, improving utilization of community resources, and achieving true good governance in community. Social organizations are links between the government departments and residents. They share some of the government services and managerial functions and provide residents with community public services. They play a vital role in the development and construction of community. However, in the process of community management, social organizations also face a series of problems, such as the lack of awareness of participating in community management, the lack of macroeconomic environment, and the incompletion of mechanism.Firstly, on the basis of the actual situations, I make a summary of the theories related to the social organization and the community management, and make a brief analysis about the meaning of social organizations participating in community management. Secondly, by referring to foreign and domestic models of participating in community management, I make a brief analysis of the basic path and experience of the social organizations participating in community management. In the end, by studying the models of China’s social organizations participating in community management, I point out the current absence and problems and proposed some thoughts in combination with China’s practical situation.
