The Innovative Research On Community Social Organization Incubation Mechanisms

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward that "we should focus on improving the organizational capacity,highlight the political functions,and build social organizations and other grass-roots party organizations into a strong battleground to publicize the party's ideas,implement the party's decisions,lead grass-roots governance,unite and mobilize the masses,and promote reform and development".This shows that the government attaches great importance to the cultivation and development of social organizations in the process of social management.In this context,we urgently need a kind of social organization incubation system,to establish institutions that the government and social organizations can fully trust,to provide professional guidance and support projects for the start-up or weak community social organizations,so as to improve their ability to provide public services,so that the social organization incubation base came into being.In the actual operation,how to accurately position the social organization incubation base,how to make clear the allocation of rights and responsibilities,how to establish an effective communication mechanism with social organizations,these problems need to be discussed and solved.At present,it is necessary to explore the effectiveness of the incubator base in operation,and how to position the standards in dividing the maturity and development stages of social organizations.Through the research on the Incubation Mechanism of community social organizations in this paper(taking the incubation base of social organizations in Yuhu District of Xiangtan City as an example),this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of the current Incubation Mechanism of community social organizations and some specific problems existing in the incubation of social organizations in the incubation base,as well as the problems existing in the current development of social organizations in Yuhu District,and summarizes them accordingly The reasons for the problems are pointed out,and some constructive opinions and suggestions are put forward in terms of the relevant system of social organizations,the incubation base mechanism of Yuhu District and the whole society.From the perspective of the Incubation Mechanism of community social organizations in Yuhu District of Xiangtan City,there are generally problems that can be improved in the incubation base nationwide.I hope to use the analysis and research of this paper,The Incubation Mechanism of social organizations in China can be improved to some extent,and more excellent community social organizations can be cultivated to help improve the quality of life of community residents.
