Our NGO (Non-Governmental Organizations) in recent years has been rapiddevelopment, including the development of the external scale, mode of operation andperformance. At the same time, in recent years China’s public crisis events occurfrequently, in addition to the traditional natural disasters and production crisis, publichealth emergencies, public safety emergency events have become increasinglyprominent, the incentives run, public crisis increasingly complex and diversification;propagation velocity of view, in today’s increasingly convenient transportation,developed communications and information environment, the the various propagationvelocity of the public crisis accelerated the spread range of growinginternationalization of this case, the government alone in the crisis managementman-way professional non-governmental organizations is difficult to more effectivelyand quickly resolve unexpected problems. At present, China is in a critical period ofbuilding a socialist harmonious society. How to play the role of non-governmentalorganizations has become a focus of concern to promote academics, governmentofficials and the public. Therefore, this study from the perspective of harmonioussociety, to analyze and explore the development of non-governmental organizationsthe non-governmental organization and management.The study includes four aspects. The first aspect describes the background,rationale and overview of the present stage of development of non-governmentalorganizations; compared to the second aspect of the analysis of social organizationand create a harmonious relationship between societies; problems in the HarmoniousSociety third aspect of analysis and social organization reasons; fourth part analyzesthe development of harmonious society under the perspective of social organization toimprove measures.
