In such a macro social background, our country draw lessons from pension business development experience of developed countries such as the UK, puts forward a new type of old-age model--community pension, which is taking the community as the main carrier, giving full paly to the government, community, family and individual power, social integration in a variety of human, material and financial resources, a pension mode to provide health care, daily life care and spiritual comfort and social participation and other services to live in a familiar in the community elderly. The pension model set family endowment and institution endowment advantage at a suit, a pension, government and society in China mainly advocating pension model.This paper starts from the city home living status of the elderly in hands, a comprehensive analysis of their economic living conditions, health status, life care and spiritual comfort. Necessity and superiority and explore community pension, endowment of home of elderly people. Basing on the analysis of demand and the difference of city community service for the elderly elderly living at home, including the demand for health care services and differences, care needs of daily life and its difference and spiritual comfort and participation in social service needs and differences, and analyses the factors that affect the demand for pension services community home aged people.
