| With the rapid development of the national economy,the people's living standards have gradually improved,and old-age care in accordance with climate change and changes in the regional environment has entered the vision of the elderly.Research on Heilongjiang's tourism pensions can not only largely meet the new needs of the nation's pensions with the times,but also integrate health services,tourism and leisure,culture and entertainment,so that the elderly can enjoy the health in a healthy and happy way.Life,clothing,food,housing,and transportation are all handled by off-site pension institutions.Compared with off-site purchase of houses or pure tourism,it can save a lot of money,reduce the economic pressure of the tourist elderly,and is warmly admired by the elderly.This has led to the development of the tertiary industry service industry in Heilongjiang Province.National networking is even "transnational interaction."This study uses Heilongjiang Province as the scope of research to study the tourism elderly care capabilities of the elderly population in Heilongjiang Province.Based on the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and qualitative analysis method,based on the life cycle theory,Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs,the theory of the sociological activities of the elderly,etc.,the study of tourism elderly care services and resource development in Heilongjiang Province.At present,Heilongjiang Province's tourism pension supply policy has been continuously introduced,tourism pension facilities have been continuously improved,the tourism pension standard system is being improved,and the supply of tourism pension service talents has increased.This paper uses questionnaires to obtain data,and analyzes the current problems of tourism elderly care services in Heilongjiang Province.At present,the elderly people's tourism elderly care services in Heilongjiang Province are difficult to settle in different places with medical insurance.Poor,tourism pension products are relatively single and low-grade,and tourism pension service supply is seriously inadequate.Through the research,this paper believes that in order to promote the development of tourism pension services and resources in Heilongjiang Province,we need to first analyze the needs of customers,use information intelligent services,provide convenience for services and analyze the transportation services in the process of tourism pension.Secondly,it is necessary to formulate strategies for improving tourism elderly care services,improve the settlement system of medical insurance in different places,shorten the settlement cycle of medical insurance in different places,reimburse medical expenses for patients within the specified time,and avoid the transportation expenses and other expenses caused by the supplement of materials between the insured place and the medical treatment place.Strengthen the cooperation and communication in the medical insurance area,strengthen the communication and cooperation with other provinces and cities by means of entrustment,accelerate the settlement work of medical treatment in different places,and provide convenience for medical treatment in different places,especially for the elderly.We will improve the system of providing for the aged in different places,set up relevant departments to deal with the problem of reimbursement of medical insurance in different places,entrust the agencies of medical insurance in different places to manage and supervise,gradually simplify the procedures of reimbursement,improve the management methods,reduce the waiting time of reimbursement as much as possible,and improve the service level and efficiency;create a new model of "combination of medical care and pension" : the government strengthens the support and guarantee To achieve the full coverage of the regulatory detailed planning of tourist attractions.Effectively implement the health management center and provide the optimized medical security system and medical services as far as possible. |
