Shuttlekiln is a means of industrial high voltage electri cal porcelain production. To study its combustion process, analysis of the heat balance is very important. By choosing a new combustion technolog y, this paper discusses shuttle kiln temperature distribution, and is of great significance to the shuttle kiln energy saving technical reconstruction.Through the analysis of shuttle kiln combustion process and the actu al thermal balance test, the shuttle kiln effective thermal efficiency is25.8%, the energy utilization rate was63.7%, energy consumption of qualifie d ceramic is12163.8kJ. If through parameter optimization, carbon mono xide concentration in flue gas of the kiln reduced to0.1%and oxygen con centration reduced to2.1%, and at the same time reduced exhaust temper ature below150℃, then the effective thermal efficiency can reach30.4%the energy utilization rate can reach75.3%,1kg of qualified ceramic en ergy consumption can be10291.16kJ. If use natural gas as fuel, and to re ach the aforementioned optimized conditions, the effective thermal efficie ncy31.8%, the energy utilization rate78.6%, and1kg of qualified cerami c consumption can be9864.8kJ.Combined with the thermal equilibrium equation calculation results, analysis of the possibility of technical innovation of shuttle kiln is of grea t significance in promoting energy conservation and emissions reduction t argets of electric porcelain industry.It is obtained, by numerical simulatio n method, the following conclusions:(1) with the increase of oxygen con centration, the reaction rate increases gradually, flame propagation speed has also been gradually accelerated, resulting in the shrunken burning are a. The results lead to gradually narrowed high temperature flame region, t he gradual increase of the temperature gradient, higher flame maximal te mperature, gradually increased flame intensity, increase of oxygen concen tration from24%to27%, which is reasonable.(2) with the increase of air preheating temperature, kiln flame temperature gradient increases gradual ly, but the high temperature region is more concentrated. The highest tem perature of kiln flame gradually reduced with the air preheat temperature. When temperature rose from873k to973k, there is a turning point, the t emperature drop rate at the ends of the temperature range and temperature values were greater than that from423k to623k, or from973k to1073k. So the air preheat temperature should be between873k to973k.
