Integrated Management Performance Evaluation HJ Offshore Oilfield Engineering Projects

As the rapid development of the Marine oil field, large oil field scale, low efficiency and low level of engineering project integration management have an impact on oil production and the cost of production. There are a few issues with conventional oil field engineering project management, e.g. the independence of the subject of implementation, lack of co-ordination, lack of coordination functions of the enterprise and project department. In recent years, people gradually realize the importance of the project integration management in oil field, integrated management of the performance evaluation is the core content of enhancing the management level of integration. This article refers to HJ offshore oilfield projects, introduces the integrated management and performance evaluation theory, takes the project life cycle as a whole, applies fuzzy matter-element analysis method, builds a performance evaluation system, evaluates the benefit of the project during construction and management performance, so as to help managers to effectively control project and provide effective reference to oil field project follow-up management activities.
