In the article, based on the actual situation of Liuzhou Project under the Myanmar-China pipeline project, and starting from systematic thinking, the logistics operation of Myanmar-China natural gas pipeline project is taken as an organic whoie for study by means of comparison, demonstration, statistics, decision analysis, etc. Progressive creative, exploratory and empirical research and analysis have been carried out on the basic core factors adopted for cost control of the logistics operation of Liuzhou Project, i.e. cost structure of logistics operation, and the idea and objective, scheme and measures, effective means and effect evaluation of cost control. The article enriches and develops the theory and practice of cost control for logistics operation of engineering projects, and provides theoretical direction for effective control over the logistics operation cost of the engineering projects.
