Research On Cost Management Of H Gas Pipeline Project

With the continuous restructuring of energy and the increased demand for natural gas,a new type of transportation,pipelining,appears in our life.Pipelining is an important type of overland transportation of natural gas.The construction cost of pipeline will influence the profit on sales of natural gas directly.The construction unit has been focused on the problem of reducing the investment cost without affecting the construction scale and quality,as well as the cost management of Long-distance pipeline in each stage.This article describes the problems existing in cost management at different stages,and proposes improvements in order to increase the profit of H Gas Pipeline Project.Starting from the research background of the subject,this article discusses on the significance of cost management,analyses the present situation of project cost management at home and abroad,and introduces the necessity of cost management in the whole process of long-distance pipeline project,by describing the content of cost management.Then,this article introduces the background of H Gas Pipeline Project,sketches the current situation of cost management of this project,and puts emphasis on the analysis the problems in the process.The author proposes solutions by reading documents combined with daily work experience.According to the solution,the construction unit puts in policies related to organizational structure and guidelines to ensure the project being well implemented.The solution raised by the author increases the investment income and lay a good foundation for similar projects in the future.
