Add the sepiolite powder and trehalose powder mixed aqueous solution having a deodorizing function into the viscose spinning solution to produce viscose fiber with efficient deodorizing function.Firstly, test sepiolite hydration fluid viscosity and the solubility of trehalose. Meerschaum hydration fluid viscosity decreases with increasing temperature, the solubility of trehalose, and increases as the temperature rises the larger, both increased with increasing amount of added powder.Secondly, preparate meerschaum, trehalose viscose blend spinning solution, experimental results show that, the viscosity of the spinning solution blended powder is added directly with the increase of the added amount, and the solution was added to the blend is greater than the viscosity of the spinning solution; blend viscosity of the dope solution is added as the added amount of reduced. Then its blend membranes were made to study the performance. Meerschaum viscose blend membrane surface morphology of the two forms have big difference, membrane surface particulate matter added in the form of powder more, the particulate matter in the film surface was added in the form of a small but increases the amount of the increase in, so,in experiment, sepiolite was added.Followed, prepare efficient deodorizing viscose blend membrane, and to study the properties of the blend films. The results showed that:different proportions of the blend films, tensile strength at break and elongation at break with increasing amount of showing both small tendency; blend films are higher than viscose film in swelling degree; deodorizing properties of the film increases with increase in both the amount,and will gradually decrease after a certain amount. Conside the two programs selected (I.e. powder and2g of trehalose in the rehydration solution4ml sepiolite viscose spinning solution100ml) and (That trehalose powder and4g of hydration liquid2ml sepiolite viscose spinning solution100ml) for subsequent experiments.Then, spun out efficient deodorant functional viscose fiber and test the basic performance. Through contrast with ordinary viscose fiber,we can see, its initial modulus and fracture strength were smaller than the ordinary viscose fiber.Finally, test the performance of efficient deodorant functional viscose fiber deodorization, fiber odor of ammonia was91.8%,of2-nonenal deodorization rate of87%,of isovaleric acid was95%deodorization, the deodorization rate of84%acetic acid, reached the Japanese standard implementation of textile products deodorizing process identifies certification.
