The autoleveller device plays a critical role in the controlling theories of textile industry, and it is the most important part of carding machine. In the complicated textile process, if the cross section or the weight of carded sliver is uneven, it will affect the quality of the textile product in the following procedure. In order to ensure the yield of carding process, as well as to improve the uniformity of sliver, high performance and stabilized autoleveller ought to be adopt in carding machine.The control method is the critical technology of the autoleveller, and the widely used control include open loop control, close loop control and mixed loop control. This paper makes the theoretical analysis and establishes appropriate model to those control method, on the base of mathematical model of carding machine. After comparing those control method, we determine to adopt the mixed loop control, and realize the simulation of the mathematical model.Most domestic carding auto level control system is using8-bit or16-bit processor. However due to the system integration degree of those processors is relatively low, we have to provide extra peripheral equipment when designing the hardware. This will lead to poor processing performance and high-cost. In this paper, we use a high performance processor STM32RCT6, which is based on Cortex-M3kernel and provided an encode interface.This paper makes the theoretical analysis and establishes appropriate model to those control method, on the base of mathematical model of carding machine. After comparing those control method, we determine to adopt the mixed loop control, and realize the simulation of the mathematical model.In this thesis, we compare several different control methods, and finally determine to use the effective mixed loop control method. In the process of the controlling, we choose the PID accommodation mode. By multiple attempting the system simulation, the accommodation coefficient is optimized and the level affection is improved. Finally, this control algorithm is implemented by software programming, and has carried on the download and debugging of the whole system.
