The electronic control system of high pressure common rail which developed in recent years enables the control of diesel to get rid of the restraint from mechanical control, to flexible control many parameters of diesel and all the controllable object, thereby improving the performance of the engine,to solve the balance problem between the vehicle fuel economy, power and emission performance.Therefore, the high pressure common rail diesel engine plays a very important role in the modern development of diesel engine.The driver of high pressure common rail diesel engine plays an important role in the engine control, it is the important channel from control strategy to the external. The engine work, sensor measurement the parameters of the engine, and passed to the ECU by driver. After control parameters given by ECU, output control signal by driver, make the external actuator to achieve control requirements.The high pressure common rail diesel engine driven research work,Analysis the drive module development demand, and reasonable selection the Infineon32bit Tricore series chip TC1728as the control chip, development speed signal simulation system, realizes the on-chip speed signal simulation, speed simulation range from200rpm to5000rpm, the engine speed signal can be adjusted by the buttons and knobs mode, After the debugging and the experimental verification, this system provides convenience for the drivers development.Be aimed at high pressure common rail diesel engine that required of the system driver module.Completed The development, debugging and verification of parameter collection module of engine, including digital signal acquisition, digital signal processing and analog signal acquisition. Completed The development, debugging and verification of engine position determination module, achieve the normal work of normal model and the backup model, study on the changes of angle parameters of crankshaft. Completed The development, debugging and verification of oil metering unit driver module, achieve the normal output of oil metering unit control signal. Completed The development, debugging and verification of injector drive module, achieve the normal output of Injection signal. Completed The development, debugging and verification of ECU communication module, realizes the normal communication function. By debugging and verification, each module can successfully combined operation.
