With the deepening of China’s urbanization process, originally rare heritage buildings in the city have being demolished quickly, such as the object of this paper-"The Sea" residence. Originally historical memories are going to be despaired among the debris of the history.Correspondingly,associated intangible cultural heritage (such as customs, religious, etc.) will also no longer exist. Because of lacking of government interventi on and consciousness of protecting self property,how to protect and by what means w e should do to protect the architecture and related literature,and how to keep the balan ce between the human activity and culture heritage will be our urgent research question.Architectural anthropology is the basic research method and the tool.From architectur al anthropological perspective,we analysis the original of the heritage,the elements, th e function and the space of the modern people living area. Another clue is that we wan t to analysis the relationship between the human race and the architecture, and the con tradiction between the protector and the relative interest group about the living space during the process of protection.More specifically,we will analysis the relationship bet ween human and architecture.Eventually,we will revel the method of eliminating the c ontradiction during the process of protection,and we will provide the solutions of the problems and we will create new function of these buildings.Further we will make a guidance of reuse of the historical heritage.Through this analysis, we explore and find the way of expending the life of "The Seal "and enhance the quality of life of the resident accompany with urbanization period.
