Study On The Protection And Reuse Of Linear Heritage

As an important type of heritage protection with extremely high ecological,cultural and tourism value,linear heritage has been widely recognized and valued by the international community and experts for its value protection,activation and utilization.Along the Middle East Railway,there are buildings with a history of one hundred years and various cultural relics,which constitute a cultural landscape line stretching thousands of miles connected by the railway.It has witnessed the hundred years of history such as Tsarist Russia ’s colonization,Sino-Soviet co-management,Japanese invasion of China,and People ’s Railway,and has become a precious historical and cultural heritage.In recent years,the country has continuously increased investment in infrastructure.The industrial heritage of the Middle East Railway is scattered in the towns and villages along the railway.In the process of high-speed railway construction,it faces huge protection pressure and dilemma.Under this situation,it is of great historical and cultural significance to provide useful ideas and guidance for the protection and utilization of the industrial heritage of the Middle East Railway by linking the protection of the industrial heritage of the Middle East Railway with organic renewal,integrating connotation mining and vitality utilization.Therefore,this article will discuss this issue.From the perspective of the protection and reuse of the Middle East Railway,this paper uses the methods of literature review,field investigation,horizontal comparison,cross-study,case analysis,etc.,based on the linear cultural heritage system and its protection theory,taking the Middle East Railway in Changchun as an example,through the investigation of the linear heritage space,history and industrial structure of the Middle East Railway,this paper probes into how to solve the problems of insufficient supervision and management,diverse architectural styles and weak awareness of monomer protection.This article covers : the history and current situation analysis of the Middle East Railway in Changchun;the dilemma and cause analysis of the protection of the Middle East Railway in Changchun;this paper puts forward the protection strategies and methods of the Middle East Railway in Changchun under the concept of linear cultural heritage,and selects the Dehui Station of the Middle East Railway as a typical case for empirical test to effectively solve the current problems faced by the Middle East Railway.Hope to provide reference for subsequent protection update design work.
