This thesis content comes from a defense research project, which is mainly to study the fracture risks between the smart equipments and the realization of technology/theory/cost, and aims to eliminate this dilemma, for a series of marine fleets which dealing with scientific research and experiments.After analyzing these equipments’operational characteristics, we find the root of that dilemma and the corresponding solution. This solution can be met, by setting an Equipment-Information-Service-Platform (EISP) via the intranet, witch mainly based on TCP/IP protocols.The EISP planning has made the reference of IOT (Internet of Things) architecture, and has taken the rules of software architecture. In consideration of well using the information support ability of smart equipment and fully meeting with the requirements of application scenarios, this planning gives a conceptual architecture composed by three logical technology supporting layers:Network Systems, Basic Applying Systems, Topic Applying Systems.Network Systems establish the interconnection between the equipment Ethernet and the TCP/IP Intranet via the protocol conversion gateway, making full use of the equipment monitoring systems as the information sensing layer, and making full use of the TCP/IP Intranet as the information transport layer.Information Analyzing Systems analyze the original equipment information data, and generate the meaningful information, which can describe the equipments’parameter state or performance status. And it can be also analyzed, using data mining tools, to find the hidden relations about corresponding performance status.Information Applying Systems give a kind of Web service, which can fully and correctly make use of the meaningful information. The information is ordered on special topic, in particular perspective, with reasonable rules, reflecting the corresponding relations, to give the relevant people a support for decision making.Following the’Separation of Concerns’, considering the information flow features, the EISP conceptual architecture can be further divided into more detailed instructive framework for domain/system/technology implementing methods. The framework can give some kind of guidance and contracts for the EISP following design, also the interface and support for the EISP project execution/system integration/continuous evolution.
