So it is necessary to design a comprehensive performance test system guideways.In this paper, considering the relevant national standards and practical needs, precision linear guide rail testing machine is designed and analyzed. The movement precision,friction, acceleration, vibration, temperature and noise, of linear guides with different sizes can be tested. To verify the reasonableness test bed structures the finite element analysis software is used for static structural, dynamic and thermodynamic analysis.After the error by the design of a comprehensive test is analyzed to obtain the overall test precision. Finally, according to the test requirements, the test software is programmed. Comprehensive performance test data automate acquisition storage, analysis, report generation and other functions are achieved.
