During the operation of the engine, piston engine will produces unhelpful crankshaft torsional vibration which will interfere with operation of the entire power system, particularly vehicles with Diesel engine. Based on the systematic analysis of the car with the alternator pulley clutch performance, function and requirements, This article design the comprehensive test system of the car with a clutch pulley on the use of the three aspects:mechanical, electrical, control.Realized the testing of the car alternator pulley with clutch.The integrated measurement and control system consists of two test blocks, respectively monitor the two generators signal, and transported to PCI2306data acquisition card to have A/D conversion. The PCI2306data acquisition card analyze analog signal and sent it to the computer.In this thesis, From the control system, the sensor system and the speed measurement system to analyzed the comprehensive testing system’s structure, principles, etc.The whole article is composed of four parts, the first part introduces the background and significance of the research; the second part makes a brief description of the generator and the overrunning clutch’s principle and performance index; the third part introduces the design methods of the test system; the fourth part is testing and simulation. The results show that the system have simple and reasonable structure, complete functions, simple operation, high reliability and stability. At the same time, By the use of it proven reliable performance, fully able to meet the production testing requirements.
