The application of computer-aided industrial design CAPP system in themanufacturing has changed the mode, method and efficiency of manufacturingprocess. The development of bridge-type crane case girder manufacturing CAPPsystem guarantees the quality of the girder, shortens the production cycle andimproves the efficiency of manufacturing girder.This paper combines generative type with the derived type together. On thebasis of the specific analysis and study of the girder manufacturing process, theprogramming of the bridge-type crane case girder manufacturing CAPP systemis implemented. This paper has completed the management of the process datain CAPP system, the realization of the welding technology card and theestablishment of the design process.With VC++as the system development tool, Microsoft Office Access asaccessing database and ADO as database access technique, this system employsmodule principle to conduct overall structural design. The process design isestablished and the welding technology card and friendly software interface aregenerated.During the operation of this system, the functions of man-machine dialogue,the manufacturing process design and the output of welding technology card, etc.are realized. The research achievements of this paper can speed up the design ofbridge-type crane case girder manufacturing technique, increase its quality,efficiency and universality, which lay a solid foundation for the standardizationand optimization of the bridge-type crane case girder manufacturing. |
