Folding Arm Lorry Crane Parametric Dynamics Simulation

From virtual modeling and working conditions analysis of jib-folding lorryloading crane, parameterized kinematics, parameterized lifting characteristics,dynamic simulation analysis and lifting operation area map, this paper analyzesthe dynamic simulation of jib-folding lorry loading crane.In the virtual modeling and working conditions analysis of jib-folding lorryloading crane, the paper introduces the mechanism and working principle ofjib-folding lorry loading crane; calculates the DOF of the mechanism; finish thevirtual modeling and assembling methods of the crane; analyzes the low extentworking conditions and the middle and high extent working conditions.The parameterized kinematics is the foundation of parameterized dynamics.By In the chapter of parameterized kinematics, envelope map, a velocity andacceleration characteristic are analyzed. By constructing kinematics math model,analyzing characteristic of envelope map, a velocity and acceleration, usingMATLAB software to solve equation and constructing GUI, the parameterizedkinematics is finished.Lifting characteristic analysis is the foundation of applying of paramete-rized dynamics to analyze lifting operation area. By analyzing jib strength andwhole machine stability, Using MATLAB software, we finish the parameteriza-tion of lifting characteristics. This paper use Creo software analyzes jib-foldinglorry loading crane’s dynamics simulation. From the result, the force partial dif-ferential equation in the low extent working conditions and the middle and highextent working conditions is summarized. According to this, dynamics analysis,the method of parameterized dynamics is given. At last, applying lifting charac-teristic analysis and dynamics simulation analysis, we finish the lifting opera-tion area map.
