Heart Yan Ning Granules On Mice With Viral Cardiomyocyte Apoptosis Related Gene Expression

Objective：To investigate the protective effect of Xinyanning Granule onmyocardial cells and apoptotic regulator gene Bcl-2and Caspase-3expressionin mice with vital myocarditis.Methods：The BALB/c mice are inoculated with the Coxsackie virus B3m(CVB3m)by peritoneal injection,which were adopted as viral myocarditis model. Theexperimental mice were divided into five groups:the normal control group, themodel group and three does groups(the high does group,the medium does group andthe low does group). The concentration of the high does group is0.355g/ml.Theconcentration of the medium does group is0.178g/ml.The concentration of thelow does group is0.089g/ml.To fill the stomach is two times per day.It continuous14days.To observe the influence of myocardial cells and apoptotic regulatorgene Bcl-2and Caspase-3expression among at different doses groups, on the3th,5th,7th,14th day after modeling. Make the correlation analysis of pathologyscores and the expression of Bcl-2and Caspase-3.Results：1.Pathology scores in three does groups were all significantly lower than thatin model group, especially the high does group(p<0.05).2.The expression of Bcl-2in three does groups were all significantly higherthan that in model group, especially the high does group(p<0.05).3.Compared with the the normal control group, there are differences in theexpression of Caspase-3of the model group and three does groups(p<0.05).4.There is a negative correlation between pathology scores and the expressionof Bcl-2（rs=-0.744,p<0.05；r=-0.734,p<0.05）.5.There is no correlation between pathology scores and the expression ofCaspase-3. Conclusion：1.Xinyanning Granule can improve the myocardial damage whice is caused byCoxsackie virus.2.Xinyanning Granule can regulate the expression of Bcl-2.3.Xinyanning Granule can protect the myocardial cells of mice with viralmyocarditis.The principle of the protection may be regulating the expressionof Bcl-2.4.Under this experimental condition, Xinyanning Granule can not regulate theexpression of Caspase-3.
