Clinical Study On Treatment Of Stomach Tiaogan And Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To observe the Regulating liver and stomach Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (Syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach) clinical efficacy, and provide the basis for further understanding the pathogenesis and clinical administration of functional dyspepsia, promotion offer strong evidence in clinical and regulating liver and stomach to the party relying on the treatment the disease.Method A randomized control study method,60cases of functional dyspepsia with incoordination were randomly divided into the treatment group of31cases and a control group of29cases, the treatment group was treated with Regulating liver and stomach Decoction, control group was treated by Qizhiweitong granule treatment, treatment for4weeks, after the end of treatment, observation before and after treatment in the two groups of the main symptoms, and to evaluate the curative effect.Results the efficiency based on two groups of main symptom integral, the total effective rate of the treatment group is80.64%, the total effective rate of the control group is31.03%, the curative effect difference is statistically significant (P<0.01), the treatment group is much better than the control group and the onset time is faster than that of control group. Improvement in postprandial fullness discomfort, epigastric pain, epigastric burning sensation in the treatment group is better than control group,in improving early satiety has no significant difference between the two groups. In TCM syndrome score, total score in the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion Regulating liver and stomach Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with good clinical efficacy and no obvious side effects, illustrate the incoordination between the liver and stomach is the key pathogenesis of this disease, regulating liver and stomach method is effective in the treatment of this disease, it is worth popularizing in the clinical.
