Clinical Studies Of Soothing The Liver And Regulating Qi Decoction To Acute Children With Stomachache In Syndrome Of Incoordination Between The Liver And Stomach

Objective:In order to acute children with stomachache in syndrome of incoordination between the liver and stomach,we observed the clinical effect of Chinese traditional medicine aqua Smoothing the Liver and Regulating Qi decoction.Methods:To divide the60cases of the children with stomachache in syndrome of incoordination between the liver and the stomach into two groups randomly,30cases were in test group, only to treat with herbal decoction of soothing the Liver and Regulating Qi decoction(bupleurum5g,bitter orange10g,white peony root10g,baked licorice3g,cyperus tuber5g,rhizoma corydalis10g,greenplum-blossom5g,dried green orange pee15gjiao shan zha10g); The other30cases were in control group, only to treat with qi zhi wei tong granules, which is effective Chinese patent medicine for treating infantile stomachache in syndrome of incoordination between the liver and stomach.The treatment courses of two groups were14days.Both groups were treated and observed one course of treatment. Observing the symptoms such as the degree of pain,pain,frequency, abdominal fullness and distention, belching and acid regurgitation, nausea, vomiting and so on before and after treatment,to compare with two groups’ improvement of the symptoms.Results:After treatment, both groups have better therapeutic effect in some symptoms such as the degree of pain, pain frequency, nausea and vomiting, appetite and volume, dry mouth and halitosis,etc. But the test group improved more distinctly than the control group, so it has statistical significance (P<0.05). The medicine of two groups both can improve the symptoms of stool,abdominal fullness and distention, there is no statistics difference between them(P>0.05). The test group has good effect in the symptom of belching and acid regurgitation, meanwhile the therapeutic effect of the control group is not obvious (P>0.05). In the test group, the cured and markedly effective rate is67.67%,the total effective rate was96.67%.However, in the control group, the cured and markedly effective rate was33.33%,the total effective rate was76.67%. The cured and markedly effective rate and the total effective rate of test group are higher than the control group, and the difference has statistical significance.It has been proved that the course of the treatment were free from side effects.Conclusion:Soothing the Liver and Regulating Qi decoction has significant effect for us to cure children with stomachache in syndrome of incoordination between the liver and stomach.It not only significantly improved symptoms such as stomachache, abdominal distension, eructation,etc,but also improve the quality of life.
