Cerebral Infarction Convalescence Stagnation And Kidney Syndrome Danlongxingnaopian Recipe

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of auricular points ticking with DLXNF in Treating qi stagnation and blood with Kidney deficiency stasis of Cerebral infarction on the recovery stage.Methods:From2013February to2014February,there are60cases with Cerebral infarction on the recovery stage patients by the sequence of their visiting time. Divide them into two different groups by using random number table:the treatment group (treating with auricular point sticking with DLXNF) and the control group (treating with conventional therapy only), and each group contains30cases. Each case of them will be treated6weeks, and every3weeks outpatient service review. then observe the clinical curative effect, the comprehensive syndromes curative effect and the adverse reaction pre and post the treatment of the two groups. Then make a comparative study, and a statistical analysis by the application SPSS16.0statistical software.Results:1. There is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before the treatment (P>0.05).2. The scores of both the treatment group and the control group post treatment symptoms are obviously lower than the scores pre treatment (P<0.05).3. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Danlongxingnao Fang Convalescent Cerebral Infarction of qi stagnation and blood stasis and kidney deficiency syndrome clinical curative effect, can relieve clinical symptoms, reduce adverse reaction. It can improve neurologic impairment symptoms and self-care ability of patient, and improve the life quality of patients, reduce the recurrence rate of cerebral infarction with positive role. It has a certain effect on blood coagulation function. The results showed that the drug for the treatment of cerebral infarction in the dead patients is safe and effective, providing a new approach for clinical treatment.
