Tutor in the use of Liangxuezhongzhenquyin Fang treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat syndrome has made good effect and has accumulated rich clinical experience. Meanwhile, the study does a preliminary exploration and attempt in the field of the treatment of psoriasis by using the method of Liangxuezhongzhen. Research papers on the status of medicine and modern medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis were reviewed, and researching clinical efficacy on treatment of psoriasis by using the method of Liangxuezhongzhen.Objective:Through clinical research, valuable lessons from mentor can be better learned, and analysis the efficiency of Liangxuezhongzhenquyin Fang in the treatmentofpsoriasis, making its characteristics and advantages clearly, then widen its use in clinical, so we can make Chinese medicine plays a greater role in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods:60patients with psoriasis vulgarisand blood heat syndromeare selected and randomly divided into two groups.30cases of the test group, who take Liangxuezhongzhenquyin Fang;30patientsof control group take the elimination of silver particles. Treatment group and the control group were oralmedication, referral once every two weeks, six weeks of treatment. After patients are enrolled in the trial, observe in one day before treatment, two weeks, four weeks and six weeks after treatment, a total of four time points.The indicators observations include:general project(name, sex, age, occupation, medical history, etc.),laboratory tests(pre-and post-treatment blood, urine, stool routine, liver function, renalfunction); efficacyof the observed indicators (pre-treatment and post-treatment erythema(E), scaly(D), infiltration(I) and changes in the lesion area), in order to understand theonset time,the efficacy, safetyand the occurrence ofadverse events. In the clinical efficacy aspects, PASI score are used to measure the difference before and after treatment and the total efficiency. Count data using X2test, measurement data using t test, SPSS18.0software is used for statistical analysis.Results:PASI points of2treatment groups were compared, P<0.05, statistically significant. The efficacy of the test groupand control group comparison P<0.05, was statistically significant. In experimental group, the total effective rate was66.67%, and in the control group, the total effective rate was43.33%, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion:The Liangxuezhongzhenquyin Fang and the elimination of silver particles treatment of psoriasis with blood-heat syndrome are both effective, and the efficacy of the experimental group is better than the control group:For psoriasis with blood heat syndrome, taking Liangxuezhongzhenquyin Fang can significantly reduce the size of lesions, the symptoms of erythema, infiltration and scaling are significantly reduce, and more effective than taking the elimination of silver particles; in treatment of psorias is with syndrome of blood heat, Liangxuezhongzhenquyin Fang on set fast,good effect, and no significant side effects.Liangxuezhongzhenquyin Fang shows high drug safety and patients are compliance and well tolerated.
