| The rapid development of society has brought much bigger pressure from economicrestructuring and industrial upgrading to China. Meanwhile, the steady improvement of people’ssocial life makes them have a diverse and blowout status of demand for spiritual and culturalproducts; cultural consumption also begin to shift to the type of development and enjoy. In thistransition period, in order to restructure economy and upgrade industrial transformation, it is quiteimportant to promote the development of creative economy and cultural industries in China. Theconstruction of cultural industry district is an evitable part of the development of culturalindustries, and it is an advanced industrial agglomeration form, which is based on the initialdevelopment of creative economy and related industries. Because of the importance of thedevelopment of cultural industry district, and also due to its function in satisfying people’s higherdemand for spiritual and cultural consumption, this paper attempts to analyze the construction ofcultural industry district.The core concepts of cultural industry district are supposed to be expressed through itscreative themes, but the effect of creative themes has always been neglected; therefore, thisresearch investigates how to construct better creative themes in the cultural industry district. Thepaper is divided into five chapters: developmental situation, current issues, theme selection, themeexpression, and theme shaping. The author will present a systematic explanation through thesefive chapters.Firstly, the researcher said that there are four different phases during the development ofcultural industry district’s creative theme: no-theme period, birth period, infancy period, anddeveloping period. At the same time, the value of creative theme is affirmed. Then, there will be asummary of the current problems in the construction of cultural industry district creative themes.In this part, the author will briefly explain the developmental situation in China, and then use thefour main questions to elicit later contents. The four questions are related to lost of culturalidentity, lost of content and form, lack of cultural spirit, and lack of systematism and continuity.In order to better solve the problems and promote the development of cultural industrydistrict, the researcher will elaborate how to establish a competitive creative theme system fromthree aspects: theme selection, theme expression, and theme shaping. In the beginning, the authorconstructs a basic factor model which would influence the theme selection, then analyze mainfactors and environmental factors’ influence on theme selection, and propose a specific idea whichwill be carried out from four aspects. Secondly, the paper proposes a very innovative idea throughthe discussion of the relationship between history, life and aesthetics. The author thinks the generation of creative theme system is the core mission of the theme expression, and she uses aseparate section to discuss how to facilitate the construction of the creative theme system. Thefinal part is the shaping of creative theme, in this section, the researcher focuses on therelationship between creative theme and branding. During the branding process, prominenceshould be given to the theme personality, and the advertising concept and media marketingstrategy should be integrated with the theme promotion. In this way, the author gives an integralopinion on the branding of cultural industry district’s creative theme.In the exploration of cultural industry district construction, creative theme seems to be aneglected topic. Therefore, the research on this topic might be an effective approach to make abreakthrough in the current situation. Only effectively make a theme selection, expression andshaping against the current problem, the development of creative theme can be better, and thecultural industry district can be full of vitality. |
