Yuhua District, The Cultural And Creative Industries Development Studies

With the growing trend of globalization, the international competition is becoming increasingly intense. The cultural and creative industries with cultural and intellectual as the core category, is no longer a theory, but directly becomes the reality of enormous economic benefits and widely rises in the world. The economic development in our country restricted by the resources in the past time has become restricted by both recources and market through 30 years' reform and opening up period, and the way of economic growth based on the expansion becomes more and more unsustainable. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure, to transform the way of the economic growth and to promote the transformation of the economic growth way from the extensive mode, resource-dependent mode and investment-oriented mode into the intensive mode, effective mode and creative mode. So to develop cultural and creative industries with great endeavor is the necessary requirement that makes the industries in Yuhua District realise quality promoted and the economy develope rapidly, and the financial resources of district become benigh and sustainable.By using Yuhua District as the specific region and combining theoretical research and quantitative and qualitative analysis research, this paper analyzes the reginal cultural and creative industries development in Yuhua District based on the institutional economics, regional economics, development economics and proposes the tactics and measures.
