Chinese Culture Of Safety Research

With the development of the global exchange of culture and the expanding of the capital from material industry to immaterial industry, culture is becoming more and more important in the contending of international politics and in the international economical exchange. The culture hegemony, especially America culture hegemony, has some impacts on the national culture; and the culture security is becoming a global problem. With the theory of non-traditional security being brought forward, culture security becomes a part of the non-traditional theory.Culture security is defined that the functional order of the national culture system, mechanism, sequence based on national mainstream of core value,are free from interruption, erosion , destruction, and also including the integrality, organic whole of the national culture sovereignty, culture interest ,culture dignity and so on. Culture security is various in different countries and is always relevant to national force power. China, which is the largest under-development county, is pressed by American political culture; at the same time, culture industry products imported from developed county, which is a new impetus in global economics, is threatening Chinese culture security. Culture security must be incurred in China with the Chinese participating in the globalization activity. Modern popular culture is a two-edged sword that urges the increases of economy and threatens traditional culture. Chinese culture security is rooted in some problem which is relevant to the transformation of the society, such as the absence of some merit, the underdevelopment of the culture industry, the weakness of the force power which supports the soft power. In order to deal with security culture, it is must to develop economy and science and technology, to develop culture industry, to hold the way of socialism, and to develop the excellence traditional culture.This thesis adopts materialist dialectics from common to particularity, from theory to reality, demonstrates the representation and the origins of Chinese culture security.This thesis analyses some problems of Chinese culture security and introduces some strategies and measures.
