Female Body Writing Of Novels Of New Immigrants

In the1990s of20th century,with the arrival of western feminism,Chinese feminist writing began to enter a brand new stage.Body writing calm down the writers with more mature and confidence,and now it is of diversity and is more open-minded.On the other hand,the new immigrants’ writing is also part of Chinese literature,and the overseas Chinese women’s body writing is of unique in the global disporas.They experienced the cultural difference in the alien areas.Cultural identity,race and gender are becoming the issues embodied in their body writings.The study wants to analyze the representative texts to fill the gap in this field.The study goes in three chapers.The first chapter hopes to deal with the development of body writing of overseas Chinese literature.Chapter two analyses the significance of women new immigrants’ body writing based on the representative texts.The last chapter will deal with the comparasion between the mainland women writters and the men overseas writters.As a result, the study elaborates the possibilities for such an special field to bring the overseas Chinese women writing to Chinese feminism writing practice.
