| As knowledge becomes core competitiveness of the global economy, manycountries in the world recognized the importance of the cultural industries.The United States, Japan, South Korea and some other countries have madedevelopment strategy for cultural industries. Today cultural industries arealso in the ascendant in China. Animation industry is an important part ofChina`s cultural industries, and how to promote the development of China`sanimation industry is also a hot topic of public opinion and the academiccircle. As an important power for the development of animation industry,financial support has been paid increasing attention.Through the analysis of this article, it is pointed out that theinsufficiency of government support, clogged financial channels, unbalancedfinancial support, low abutment degree of animation industry and financialmarket, financial institutions’ insufficient understanding of animationindustry, and unmatching of law and policy environment, all of these areserious problems in the current financial support for the development ofChinese animation industry. Based on the introduction of current situationof the development of foreign animation industry, especially combined withJapan, the United States and South Korea`s measures and experience onfinancial support for the development of animation industry, this article putsforward comprehensive countermeasures from continuing to strengthengovernment support, innovating financial service, and improving othersupporting measures three aspects, tries to solve the problem of deficiencyof financial support, and makes Chinese animation industry develop healthilyand rapidly. |
