| As knowledge becomes core competitiveness of the global economy, many countries in the world recognized the importance of the cultural and creative industry. Britain, the United States, Japan, South Korea and some other countries have made development strategy for cultural and creative industry. Since 2005. Beijing has issued a series of policy to support the development of the cultural and creative industry, and obtained some achievement. But compared with the developed countries, the culture and creative industry of Beijing is still in its infancy. The enterprises face many difficulties, such as small in scale, lack of financing channel. Therefore, the industry development needs a full range of financial support.This paper presents the necessity and theory basis of the finance supporting for cultural and creative industries. Then, the author analyses the present situation of Beijing cultural and creative industry, and find out the main problems of finance supporting for the industry, namely lack of financing channel, low degree of financial support and insufficient in financial service innovation. These problems are becoming the bottleneck of the cultural and creative industry development. Taking the animation industry as an example, this paper explores the financing needs of different development stages of animation enterprise, and different segments of animation industry chain. By comparing successful experience of the United States, Japan, Korea, the author put forward the suggestions for finance supporting for Beijing animation industry. From the macro level, we should perfect the financing system, strengthen the construction of credit guarantee, property transactions and other related system. From the micro level, financial institutions to be raised in the financing modes and service level of innovation, and establish a suitable cultural and creative industries credit rating system, approving loans mechanism and interest rate pricing mechanism construction. |
