Research On Financial Innovation Supporting Cultural Industry Development In FTZ

Kaifeng more than four thousand years history of the city and capitals,is the national famous historical and cultural city,extremely bright cultural resources,has a "rich cultural relic,urban landscape history,the ancient city of style and rich,the northern city of unique" four major characteristics,but the related cultural industry development is quite slow,does not match with them.Cultural industry belongs to the"asset-light" industry,whose intangible value makes it difficult for the existing financial system to provide sufficient financial support for it,which restricts its rapid development.Kaifeng area of Henan Free Trade Zone encourages financial innovation and the development of innovative financial products or financial instruments around the cultural industry.Obviously,the establishment of Henan Free Trade Zone will provide important opportunities for the development of cultural industry in Kaifeng city.This paper mainly explores the financial innovation function of Henan Free Trade Zone to promote the development of cultural industry in Kaifeng city.There are seven parts in this paper,main content including analysis summarized from four aspects:one is the kaifeng cultural industry in the development of financial supply and demand analysis,selection of regional financial institutions and culture of the enterprise for data analysis,found that although the kaifeng cultural industry got a certain development in recent years,but do not match with demand,the further development of cultural industry by funding constraints.The existing financial system cannot meet the huge capital demand of the cultural industry in the FREE trade zone,and there is a mismatch between capital supply and demand.The second is the analysis of the causes of financing difficulties in Kaifeng's cultural industry.Through research,the reasons mainly come from the cultural industry itself,financial institutions and government policies.Three is an analysis on financial innovation to provide support for cultural industry development and facing the possibility of restricting factors,thinks free trade area in support of the financial innovation policy in the financial markets,financial instruments,financial channels,financial environment,etc,to provide more financing opportunities for the development of cultural industries,to a certain extent,ease the plight of culture industry development funds nervous;But at the same time,it faces the problems of lack of government support,imperfect financial innovation subjects and serious shortage of innovative talents.Four is put forward on the concrete measures of financial innovation Suggestions,thinks free trade area where the government should set up new concept"pipes","culture+" trade duties,actively organize investment,encourage financial institutions to intensify support for the cultural industry,free trade system of financial innovation,financial institutions should perfect free trade area should actively promote the development of integration of innovative talents,creating a good environment to attract talent.
