The Study On The Development Of Financial Support For Cultural Industry In K City

The development and prosperity of cultural industry is an essential carrier for the social develop ment under the condition of market economy. Promoting cultural industry is to speed up the adjustment of economic structure and the change of economic development patternan important part. In recent years, all l evels of government have also gradually realized the importance of cultural industry for economic develop ment in China. The development of cultural industry depends on the financial support. But due to its weak l ocal economic foundation, immature cultural market, unsound culture industry management system, there a re many obstacles between cultural and financial resources in the process of butt joint. Finance is the core o f modern economy. However, cultural industry exist some problems such as long investment return cycle, l ack of collateral, and lack of insurance mechanism. As the coexist condition of finance industry and cultura l industry is not enough, it is restrict badly the development of two industries. Therefore, there is an urgent need to understand what factorscould be accounting for these restraining factors, and to solve these proble ms existing in the development of cultural industry supported with financial based on domestic and oversea s experiences.This paper takes K city as an example and focus on the strengthening financial support of cultura l industry. The related background, approaches and research status at home and abroad will be described in Chapter 1. The second chapter describes the theory of culture industry at home and abroad in in detail and i llustrates the theory of financial supporting cultural industry. The third chapter analyzes the present situatio n of cultural industry in K city and financial supporting cultural industry and illustrates the elements hinderi ng the joint of financial and cultural industry. The yearly data from 2008 to 2013 of K city financial support ing cultural industry and the factual conclusion of financial support inefficiency of cultural industry develo pment are also analysed in this chapter. The fouth chapter puts forward the strategies of the development of financial supporting cultural industry from eight aspects, including establishing special organization, perfe cting financial supporting system, innovating financing means and so on.Finally, this paper summarized that to realize the cultural leap forward development needs establi sh a diversified flexibility financial supporting system under the condition of market economy in order to pr ovide strong financial power. To strengthen the financial support of cultural industry in K city,we should process from many aspects of financial policy of financing channels and financing mode. In a w ord, these measures will promote K city financial institutions great support of cultural industry, and realizea good and fast development and prosperity of K city cultural industry.
